1. Your uploads

You keep all ownership of the sketches, outlines and reference images you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for the sole purpose of generating your requested assets. Uploads are cached for up to 30 days and then deleted from active storage. We do not use them to train models.

2. Assets you generate

Subject to your plan and to payment being current, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the maps, terrain renders, cross-sections, boards, concepts and flythrough plans you generate.

Free (Scout)

Outputs are watermarked and licensed for personal, non-commercial use — private campaigns, drafts and evaluation.

Paid (Cartographer, Worldsmith)

Outputs are delivered without a watermark and licensed for commercial use in your own creative works — your novels, tabletop campaigns, published books, games and related marketing. This includes the right to modify and combine the assets into your project.

3. What you may not do

resell or redistribute the assets as stand-alone map packs, stock art or templates;
claim the assets are real geographic or official data (see Acceptable Use);
use the assets in a way that infringes third-party rights or breaches our terms.

4. Similar outputs

Because generation is driven by briefs, other users may receive thematically similar results. Your license is non-exclusive and we cannot guarantee visual uniqueness.
