1. Who we are

The service is provided by INOVA GEOPHYSICAL (UK) LIMITED, registered office 80/2a Commercial Street, Edinburgh, EH6 6LX, United Kingdom, contact support@inovageo.shop. Terraglyph is an online-only digital studio; we do not sell physical goods or provide any real-world surveying, mapping or navigation service.

2. The service

Terraglyph turns text briefs into fictional, stylized worldbuilding assets: structured briefs, maps, terrain renders, cross-sections, biome boards, landmark concepts, map pairs and flythrough video plans. All outputs are creative artwork.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 to use Terraglyph. Users aged 13–17 must have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions, allowances and billing

Paid plans (Cartographer, Worldsmith) are recurring USD subscriptions billed monthly or yearly via Stripe.
Each plan includes a monthly world allowance that resets each cycle and does not roll over.
There are no credit top-ups and no stored or withdrawable balance.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Terraglyph within the limits of our Acceptable Use policy. In particular, you must not present outputs as real geographic, official or survey data, or use them for any safety-critical or unlawful purpose.

6. Your content and licensing

You retain ownership of the sketches and reference material you upload. Rights in the assets you generate, and the scope of commercial use, are set out in the Content License. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. AI outputs and no warranty of accuracy

Outputs are AI-generated approximations for creative use. They may contain errors and are not real geographic or scientific data. See the AI Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision made in reliance on an output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability is permitted to be capped, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use policy. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
